Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Litigation Connection, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service

Litigation Connection provides attorney intelligence, expert matching workflows, outreach support, and related business development services. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful, harassing, or deceptive outreach
• No attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell the underlying data
• No circumvention of rate limits or usage quotas
• Comply with all applicable bar and solicitation rules

Billing and cancellation

Paid subscriptions or service agreements are billed under the terms accepted during purchase or contract execution. If Stripe billing is enabled for your account, payment processing is handled by Stripe.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
