Precision over volume
A smaller, better list beats a broad directory pull. Every target should have a reason to know the expert.
Since 2014 we have focused on one problem: helping forensic accountants, valuation professionals, and expert witnesses build attorney relationships with a relevant reason to connect.
Litigation Connection started as a practical business-development service for experts who were strong in court but did not want to spend their weeks chasing attorney relationships from scratch.
For years, the work was done by hand: researching attorneys, learning which openings worked, logging each call, tracking which conversations turned into meetings, and refining the approach from real outcomes.
That operating memory became software. The attorney database, taxonomy, scoring engine, scripts, and workflow tools now support both the done-for-you service and the self-serve platform.
The product is not just the software. It is the combination of data, judgment, and phone work built over twelve years in this niche.
A decade-plus of cumulative bookings.
Up from 1,100 the year prior.
Across 2025 booked meetings.
Searchable attorney intelligence across all 50 states.
A smaller, better list beats a broad directory pull. Every target should have a reason to know the expert.
CVs and testimony samples are sent only when requested. Outreach should feel relevant, not invasive.
The platform preserves the reason behind the match so callers and experts can see why a connection makes sense.
You will talk to Jim or Mark on the discovery call. The people explaining the system are the people responsible for the work.
