How a match is made
  1. 01

    The expert states a domain

Matter types marked Tier 1, 2, 3 or Exclude across 41 categories. Focus is rewarded; breadth spreads rank thin.

  2. 02

    The attorney's practice is read

Curated practice areas from the same 44-area vocabulary, plus biography and reported cases where the source page states them.

  3. 03

    Alignment gates the score

An attorney with no practice-area overlap is capped below four stars no matter what the biography says.

  4. 04

    The reason is written down

Every match carries the engine's rationale: which areas aligned, which keywords were found, and where.

Stars rank attorneys within an expert's domain by how well the attorney's noted practice and case history align with it. They are a ranking, not a prediction of engagement.

Twelve years in the niche

Cold-calling attorneys is not the highest-and-best use of an expert's time. We built Litigation Connection so the call starts with relevance, not volume.
